Bangalore: - Mr. Dhondup, the administrator of Tibetan Youth Hostel in Bangalore, met Dr. Sriprakash K.S, Vice-Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences is the parent body under which all the medical and paramedical colleges of Karnataka State are affiliated.

Tibet's legal system dates back to the early Christian era

Dharamshala: - Tibet has long history of its own distinct legal system which can be traced back to the early Christian era. With the advent of the Tibetan language in 620 - 866 AD the first codified law was written which includes a) The Ten Virtuous Acts and b) Sixteen Moral Principles. From 1623 up to the mid 20th century the Tsang Codified Law was widely distributed throughout Tibet.
