Dharamshala — Speaker of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile Khenpo Sonam Tenphel expressed his condolence on behalf of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile over the bus accident that claimed 30 lives on April 9 near Gurchal village on the Nurpur-Chamba highway, about 100 km from Dharamshala.

Dharamshala, India — The 'Standing Committee led by the Tibetan parliament Speaker on April 5, met with a U.S. Congressional delegation and expressed their gratitude for the people and the government of United States' wholehearted support for Tibet.

Dharamshala — "So from Korea to Doklam to Australia, China is directly or indirectly claiming territories as within its sphere of influence by employing singular versions of history, or inventing facts or what might be called ‘fake history’,” said Dr Madhuri S Sondhi, Director of the ML Sondhi Institute for Asia Pacific Affairs at a panel last week on ties between India and Tibet.

New Delhi — The national capital on Monday witnessed an event by the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) -- as part of Thank You India series – hailing Indian democratic traditions and strong spiritual-cultural links between Tibet and South Asia’s biggest country.
