Dharamshala — Tibetan Buddhist leaders and representatives of the 15th Tibetan Religious Conference said, "the core process of recognising the reincarnations of His Holiness the Dalai Lama is as per the unique Tibetan Buddhist tradition. Hence, we not only strongly condemn the People’s Republic of China’s usage of reincarnation subject for their political gain, and will never accept it."

Dharamshala — The people from Dhomay Cholkha celebrated the 90th birthday of His Holiness the Dalai Lama on June 30, 2025 (the fifth day of the fifth month of the Tibetan calendar) and offered him a long life prayer. Thousands of people, including Tibetans, joyfully took part in the celebration of His Holiness the Dalai Lama's 90th birthday.

Dharamshala — Tibet Policy Institute of the Central Tibetan Administration has launched a new book entitled Expression in Exile: The Lives of Tibetan Refugees and the Struggle for Cultural Continuity, by Dr Lhamo Tso. This book is about Tibetan women in exile who have successfully engaged in political and religious activities, which were almost impossible in Tibet. All of this was made possible by the support and guidance of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

New Delhi — A group of Indian MPs from all political parties and states send their warmest wishes to His Holiness the Dalai Lama on the occasion of his 90th birthday. MP Shri Rajeev said: "The Most Honourable Dalai Lama's 90th birth anniversary is approaching. The people of this country and the members of the Samajwadi Party extend our heartiest congratulations to him. We pray that he will live long, so that he can continue to work for peace in the world."

Dharamshala — The final match of the 30th Gyalum Chenmo Memorial Gold Cup (GCMGC) football tournament was played between the DYSA Mundgod team and TDL Bylakuppe at the TCV ground in Dharamshala on June 11, 2025. DYSA Mundgod scored 3 goals, and TDL Bylakuppe scored 1. The DYSA Mundgod team won the 30th Gyalum Chenmo Memorial Gold-Cup, making this their sixth victory.

Dharamshala — The Library of Tibetan Works and Achives commemorated its 55th anniversary in Dharamshala on Wednesday. His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama founded the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives to restore, protect, preserve Tibetan manuscripts, books, artifacts and promote the culture and Buddhism of Tibet.
