Dharamshala: – From October 30 to November 2 of this year, the Dharamshala International Film Festival (DIFF) will descend upon the multi-cultural town of McLeod Ganj in Dharamshala, bearing a robust lineup of films to educate and entertain festival attendees.

Dharamshala: - The 2014 Hong Kong Tibet Film Festival will be held in Hong Kong, on September 26-28. With the help of the organizer of Zurich Tibet Film Festival, the film festival will show screen films and a large number of micro movies related to Tibet.

Guwahati: – A five-day event titled "Festival of Tibetan Art and Culture" will be held in Guwahati , the largest city of Assam and northeastern India, from February 2-6, 2014. Organisers said the spiritual leader of Tibet and Nobel Peace Laureate His Holiness the Dalai Lama will be present on the occasion.

Dharamshala: - A partnership between Harvard Library and the Tibetan Buddhist Resource Center (TBRC) will lead to the upload of 10 million pages of Tibetan literature that survived the Cultural Revolution into its digital storage system in July 2014.

Gangtok: -An inaugural showing of the Tibetan film "Losar," meaning Tibetan New Year, took place on 22 November 2013 at the Community Hall of the Tibetan Self-Help Centre (TRSHC), in Darjeeling, West Bengal, marking the commencement of the film's shooting. Lodor Productions, a Gangtok-based Tibetan Film Production Company, is producing the film.
