Dharamshala — The budget session of the 17th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile (TPiE) concluded on Monday with the approval of a total allocation of 3,408,836,304 rupees for the 2026–2027 annual budget and the adoption of regulations regarding the use of the Tibetan national flag, emblem, and anthem, official solidarity on the critical situations inside Tibet, and motion highlighting concerns over "the PRC's Law on Promoting Ethnic Unity and Progress".

Dharamshala — Three Tibetan organisations offered a long-life prayer to His Holiness the Dalai Lama on Wednesday. The Central Tibetan Association presented His Holiness with the “World Refugee Award,” while the Dokham Zachuka Association awarded him the “Lotus Jewel Award”, to express their gratitude to His Holiness for guiding and supporting the Tibetan people during these difficult times. The ceremony brought together approximately 4,000 people from around the world.

Dharamshala — Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile unanimously passed a motion addressing the critical situation inside Tibet and a motion highlighting concerns over "the PRC's Law on Promoting Ethnic Unity and Progress", on Monday. The motion rejects the PRC’s law as legally illegitimate and morally invalid under international and constitutional standards. Affirming that Tibet is an occupied nation, it calls for the immediate withdrawal of policies of forced assimilation.

Dharamshala — The Election Commission of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) announced the final candidates for the 18th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, on Wednesday. The Commission announced that candidates for the 18th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile can begin their campaign activities from March 18, 2026 and the campaign period should end at 5:00 PM on April 23, 2026.

Dharamshala — The Budget Session (11th Session) of the 17th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile (TPiE) for the fiscal year 2026–2027 commenced on Monday. Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile expressed their deep concern over the recent adopted Chinese new law, which targeting Tibetan language, identity, culture and religion under the policy of Sinicization.

Dharamshala — The Tibetan Women's Association commemorated the 67th anniversary of the Tibetan women's uprising on March 12, 2026. They said, "We honour the courage of the patriotic heroines who sacrificed their precious lives for sake of Tibet's religion, government, and people.
