Dharamshala, India — "The Tibetan Centre for Human Rights and Democracy" is a Tibetan NGO based in Dharamshala, Northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh.
In an interview with Tenzin Dawa, researcher from the Tibetan Centre for Human Rights and Democracy (TCHRD) in Dharamshala, India, reporters from the Tibet Post International Nikhil Kujur and Kalsang Choetso asked about human rights situation in Tibet.
The centre says it conducts regular, systematic investigation of human rights situation in Tibet and monitors human rights policies of the People’s Republic of China (PRC). Every year, the centre brings out annual report, thematic reports, testimonies of victims of human rights violations, biweekly newsletters, press releases and briefings on human rights issues that confront Tibetans inside Tibet.
