Dharamshala, India — Setting two purposes for the Dialogue with Chinese Scientists about Quantum Effects, a three day event, which took place in the Indian city of Dharamshala this week, His Holiness the Dalai Lama says, "Consequently, in our education programs, in addition to advice about physical hygiene and its benefits for physical health, we need to teach about emotional hygiene—how to tackle our destructive emotions. It should be our aim to be both physically and mentally fit."
